Can you give me a price without coming to my house?

Usually yes. We just need to ask a few questions on a quick call — then we can give you the number, complete and installed, before anyone comes out. There is no in-home sales presentation.

How do I know which size system I need?

The Standard is more than enough for most El Paso homes. The XL is for a very large home, or for when you have a lot of people living in it. The Dual Tank is for an extremely large home, a swimming pool, or both. Tell us about your house on the phone and we will tell you which one fits.

What do your systems actually remove?

Three different jobs. The softener removes the calcium and magnesium that cause scale. The carbon media reduces chlorine and chloramines, THMs and disinfection byproducts, PFAS, PFOA and PFOS, VOCs including benzene, toluene and xylene, pesticides and herbicides, hydrogen sulfide odor, heavy metals, and taste and odor compounds. The reverse-osmosis unit at the kitchen sink handles dissolved solids in your drinking and cooking water.

What is the difference between a water softener and reverse osmosis?

They solve different problems and most homes want both. A softener treats every tap in the house, removing the hardness minerals that cause scale and make soap difficult. Reverse osmosis sits under your kitchen sink and treats drinking and cooking water only, removing dissolved solids down to the parts-per-million level.

Do you test my water before quoting?

Only if you ask. We do not need to test your water to give you a price, so you can get the number without an appointment. If you would like your water tested, tell us and we will take care of it.

How often do the reverse-osmosis filters need changing?

Once a year, and who does it depends on your model. On the tank RO, our team comes out and changes them for $199. On the tankless HW800 AlkaPro, the cartridges are made to be swapped by hand, so you change them yourself with no service call.

Do you offer financing?
